Cookoff FAQ
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Come to the church by 4:30pm so that we can register your entry and get your food set up!
Q: How much food should I bring?
A: Enough for 30-40 or so small bites would be great ... Folks will be sampling the various barbeque items, and we'd like you to be able to claim lots of votes!
Q: Will I be able to keep it warm?
A: If possible, bring your food hot in a crock pot. If unable to do this, we will provide a warming tray with sterno. Please let us know if you need this.
Q: What should I bring with my barbeque?
A: Bring two serving utensils if you can (for the serving lines on each side of the table). We’ll provide rolls and, as mentioned, a warming tray if appropriate.
